The Australia China Art Foundation is excited to announce “CHINA SALON”, a free Chinese course supported by The Confucius Institute. CHINA SALON is a Chinese language and culture course running every Tuesday from 6.30PM to 8.00PM with the first class of our 3 weeks free trial period scheduled for Tuesday, 8th of October from 6.30pm, to 8.00pm.  

The Confucius Institute is a joint effort by La Trobe University and the Office of Chinese Mandarin language Council International. The Confucius Institute was established in November 2011 under the auspices of La Trobe University and the Office of Chinese Language Council International. With a focus on the promotion of Chinese language and culture, the courses will teach a wide range of language and Chinese culture including tea, costumes, calligraphy & paintings, traditional medicine & treatment, folk customs and the basic Chinese language related with them.
