In "Dream of Spring," a sheet of glass is pushed against a film of liquid paint on the artist's naked body. Moving her body, she smears the paint against the glass and this blurred image is repeatedly recorded. It is as if her body wants to be colour, to dematerialise, to leave its form and be dissolved. Despite the obvious visual reference to sexuality, the video suggests organic dissolution instead of lust. (text by Alessandro Rolandi).
A dream on a Spring night; something that is illusory and transient, just like our lives. It is nature. it is peaceful. (text by Ren Bo)
